WEEK THREE -- INVESTIGATION

8:00AM on a Friday morning, and it's not a pleasant awakening. In fact, you may actually be jerked awake by the sense of dread that permeates through you, even if the violent impulses that have plagued you through the week seem to be... not quite gone? They're... still here?

But you will feel lighter at 8:05AM, which never bodes well for you.

Someone has decided to act on the motive.

Residents on Floors 5 and 6 may realise that until 8:15AM, the elevators do not work, and that in front of most of the doors to their rooms, chairs (taken from the cafe, lobby, assortment of other places) have been placed in front of their doors - not enough to completely trap them in their rooms, but definitely enough to cause some difficulty in getting out.

Time is ticking.

[Well, that's... something? At least? And it seems like it really was just a regular old bonfire, nothing sus about it. Still, he's going to take the charred pieces of wood and firestarters just in case they end up becoming important later.

Anything else in the vicinity of the bonfire that he would notice?]

[ Okay, it might take a little bit of finagling, but Alan might want to consider moving up to a higher floor and taking a birds eye view of the entire burned garden. ]

[Hmm. Okay, he'll go ahead and do that, then-- high enough that he'll be able to get the entire thing in the shot.]

[ Once the photo develops, there are a few things that become a bit more apparent from the photo:

1.) The burning seems concentrated only on the plants - nearby structures do not seem to have been burned by the fire.
2.) There are some parts of the garden that seem more burned than others, but there doesn't seem to be any particular pattern to what was more burned or what was less burned.
3.) The worst part of the burning definitely started from where the bonfire was built. ]

[Interesting indeed. But how did the bonfire get out of control is the question...

Is there anything else he'll be able to find in the garden once he goes back down?]
